Nexudus is a software that helps to manage coworking and flexible space offices. Featured as the most comprehensive management platform to run flexible working spaces, Nexudus provides mission-critical tools and technology to power workspace businesses. The company was created by Adrián Palacios and Carlos Almansa in 2011. Both founders explained that Nexudus name has been formed by a juxtaposition game between Nexus and Exodus.
There are many differentiators to Nexudus. According to Palacios and Almansa, “the ones we are proudest of are innovation, flexibility and technology”. At the same time, they point out the fact of “working relentlessly” to ensure their system is aligned with the latest technology and developments. “We develop and improve the app on a continuous basis making sure it is as innovative and as useful as possible. Nexudus is very versatile, there is very little it can’t do!”, said the two founders.
Nexudus business model is based on operating and invoicing their members on their sized and location. “We understand every business is different so our solution is adapted to the different shapes and sizes of our customers”, explained Adrian and Carlos. Though this business model the company is now operating in more than 70 countries all over the world.
INVESTMENTS
The company was launched with a capital closed to 3.000 euros. At the same time, one of the key differentiators is the fact what the company has being self-funded. Furthermore, Nexudus, thanks to its technology has received one special award in 2018 at the event Coworky Awards for the “Best technology to run your space”. Its aim for the coming years is to continue working, learning, thriving and improving Nexudus so “we can carry on bringing the best coworking management software to space owners and operators”, added the founders.
