Bulldoc is an insurtech/legaltech company that offers the first legal protection insurance for contracts and invoices in the market. It applies the pay per use concept to the world of legal protection insurance. It covers the assistance and all the legal process for the claim of any breach between companies, professionals, and individuals, in areas such as buying and selling, services, real estate, among others.

Its protection insurance offers the client the peace of mind of knowing that, in the event of suffering any breach of their contracts or invoices, they have all the advice and management of the entire claim process by amicable or judicial means from lawyers. All without wasting your time or assuming any additional cost.

To protect a contract, you only need to upload it to our web platform and activate the protection in less than 1 minute. From that moment on the client is covered and protected in relation to that contract or invoice. If any situation of non-compliance appears, you will only have to report the incident and forget about it. The Bulldoc legal team and the network of lawyers will be responsible for claiming and defending your interests by the most appropriate means in each case.

Right now, they already offer the protection of multiple types of contracts that cover the needs of individuals. Some examples: purchase and sale of secondhand vehicles, renovations, real estate, and rentals; and professionals or companies: insuring contracts and invoices to customers and suppliers.

I’MNOVATION Startups is ACCIONA’s open innovation program with startups, and the first specific ecosystem for infrastructures and renewable energies in Spain, a pioneer in Europe.  Launched in 2017, in 2019 it extended its scope to Latin America with several challenges led from Chile.

This program is a collaboration model with startups that combines the experience of the multinational with the agility of companies in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.  Currently, up to two calls a year are made, offering startups the opportunity to test their solutions in real environments linked to one of ACCIONA’s businesses around the world, and access to financing, operational, technical and business support with the advice of experts and professionals from ACCIONA.

The program is backed by the success achieved over the last three years, in which more than 1,000 startups from all over the world have presented technological solutions and 40 have developed pilots with the company.

Depending on the result of the pilot project and in a personalized way, the Startups will have the possibility to access new opportunities, close agreements to continue the scaling of the proposed solution or receive funding from ACCIONA. So far, 2 out of 3 of those that have developed pilots with ACCIONA have signed agreements to continue working with the company.

With I’MNOVATION Startups, the ACCIONA group seeks to incorporate passionate entrepreneurs and creative minds into its ecosystem that will provide viable solutions with the potential for scalability and global expansion to meet the challenges posed by the company. With I’MNOVATION, ACCIONA places itself at the core of the innovation ecosystem of its business sectors, making it the main agent of its future.

Enel Innovation Hub Europe

Enel Innovation Hub Europe is part of the network of ten collaborative spaces for startups that the Enel Group has created to develop its relationship with the entrepreneurial ecosystem and identify startups and SMEs able to solve the innovation challenges of its business.

The initiative is not an accelerator and does not invest in the capital of startups, but rather offers a mutually beneficial collaboration model in which Enel acts as an industrial partner. In this way, the final objective is for the startup to develop its business and grow through its relationship with Enel.

Among the services it offers to startups are its know-how, the various infrastructures and laboratories for testing, as well as scalability through access to its operations and its base of 70 million customers in more than 30 countries.

The collaboration (proof of concept, pilot, project, commercial relationship, etc.) and its duration are defined according to the degree of development of the solution and its fit with the business need. In this sense, and with reference to the financing received by the startups that belong to the Enel initiative, this depends on the collaboration that is established. In some cases, the business line can enter into co-development of the solution and make an economic contribution, without entering into the capital of the startup.

Some of the startups that are part of Enel’s portfolio of collaborations are Athonet (Italy), Envelio (Germany), Form Energy (USA), Nido Robotics (Spain), Nozomi Networks (Italy) and Percepto (Israel), as well as other international ones. In the last four years the startups with which Enel has collaborated have received forty million Euro in revenues from the company.

To do so, it has the support of references such as the founders or directors of companies that are changing the world such as Youtube, Tesla, Shazam, Waze, Whole Foods or Circo del Sol, who have joined the project as teachers since they share the mission of democratizing education in the world.

Likewise, the best companies in the country put their trust in the school and train their employees with the masters, including Google, Amazon, Coca Cola, EY, Telefónica, Inditex, BuzzFeed and Santander. The school has managed to create a movement, in which students have a strong sense of belonging to the school. They currently organize more than 800 face-to-face events per year in more than 45 different cities.
