Leyre Madariaga holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Commercial University of Deusto, specializing in Financial Administration. Since 2020, she has held the position of Director of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship of the Basque Government and directs the BIND 4.0 Open Innovation platform. Previously, she served as Director of External Relations of the Basque Government since 2013.
