Libeen is a proptech co-founded by José Manuel Cartes (CEO) and Sofía Iturbe (COO). Its mission is to make home ownership easy and flexible. It offers an intermediate solution between renting and owning: buying a property step by step. Smart housers pay a small down payment and a rent, with which Libeen helps them inadvertently save the 20% they need for their mortgage down payment and become homeowners.
