HACK A BOSS, a leading tech training school, has received an investment of €5.5 million from Axon Partners Group, one of the most active growth investors in Technology and Innovation at a national level, with previous investments in companies within the sector such as Futura (in Italy) and Innovamat.

This collaboration marks a new milestone in the growth of the Galician company in Spain, with a unique value proposition that addresses the full cycle of tech talent, from recruitment to upskilling, reskilling, and cross-skilling. HACK A BOSS offers well-regarded Bootcamps in Web Development, Data Analytics, and Data Science & AI, trusted by over 2,000 students across Spain. The school is now adding one of the market’s most innovative training programs: the “Boost Academy”.

This new program, unique in Spain and targeted at large companies, emphasizes continuous training through a proprietary e-learning platform that provides access to a wide array of courses across various technologies. Live classes offer a flexible alternative, enabling organizations to continuously and effectively upskill their teams in essential tech competencies.

HACK A BOSS has experienced rapid revenue growth in both B2C and B2B markets, with clients including MAPFRE, Vodafone, NTT DATA, Denodo, and Sacyr, among others. With Axon Partners Group’s investment, HACK A BOSS embarks on a new phase of growth and expansion aimed at strengthening operations, expanding its training offerings, and solidifying its position as a leader in Spain’s tech training sector.
