Cledara Limited, “Cledara”, a groundbreaking purchase and analytics platform for the subscription economy, announces that it has become the world’s first SaaS Spend Management Platform to be integrated as a bank feed to Xero, the global small business platform.
The deep platform integration between Xero and Cledara will help companies across Europe automate much of the administration that users of cloud software currently are required to do manually, like invoice capture and reconciliation. Cristina Vila, Founder and CEO of Cledara, said: “Today, there are hundreds of companies around the world that help the sellers of SaaS optimise the way they sell it, no one is helping the buyers.
At Cledara, our mission is to simply SaaS for buyers and make it scalable for those that use it. Xero is an integral part of the financial infrastructure for many of our customers and so being able to connect our data to Xero will unlock massive efficiencies and save hours of manual work every month.”
Jon Bellamy, Strategic Partnerships Manager at Xero, said “Small businesses face a number of challenges around how to better manage cash flow. So it’s great to see a SaaS management platform like Cledara empowering business owners to make better buying decisions when it comes to software subscriptions.”
Headquartered in London, Cledara is the SaaS management platform for businesses that need to manage and control recurring subscription payments. It combines management tools for teams with a payments platform so that teams can collaborate with on the SaaS they are using and want, while easily managing GDPR and information security risks.
Cledara was founded by Cristina Vila in July 2018. Cledara is a participant in the 2019 cohort of Techstars London and was named SaaS Startup of the Year 2018 by SaaStock, Europe’s largest SaaS conference.
