Mola Tech Venture Holding is a combination incubator, accelerator and a investment fund, specializing in seeding technology startup companies. Paco Gimena, CEO and founder, has his headquarters in Palma de Mallorca and his organization is one of the oldest entrepeneurial ventures in Spain. They were founded in 2012.

At Mola they spot ideas and projects focused on the Internet and technologies to give them financial support, know-how and “whatever they need” to turn them into viable business projects. They rely on innovative ideas with a defined business model to create venture projects. Nowadays Mola operates in Spain, Latin America and USA. They have invested the amount  of €20M with other investors in 65 startups. They have currently 40 company in their portfolio. They invest, accompany and advise the companies to achieve an exit with the highest  profitability. Mola has a programming and designing team to achieve the entrepreneur’s ideas. They invest in seeding projects with financial funds (cash) and services. They support and help startups when they need it most to minimize the common risks among the most emerging startups. 

Mola invests in the most consolidated startups in exchange for minority shareholdings. In this kind of investments, they mainly support the strategical direction with their contacts and whatever the head of the project considers. Mola continues to keep up with the evolution of their investments and they work to make the exits of their startups successful.

Paco Gimena is cofunder of Mola, he studied medicine at the University of Navarra and got an MBA of Business Administration at the same Univeristy. Before entering in the startup ecosystm, he worked as director in Oasis Resorts and Globalia. After that he was Vice President  of the Spanish football team Mallorca C.F. Currently he dedicates his time to Mola.
