The Spanish neobank Bnext has successfully extended its Series A financing round, adding €11 million to the €22.5 million it has already raised last October, bringing total funding to over €40 million.

Goin, the Barcelona-based startup of automatic savings and simplified investment, has closed a new investment round of 5 million euros. Anthemis, the most recognized British fund for fintechs, has led the operation reinforcing its position in the company along with K Fund and Encomenda Smart Capital.

Medtech company QUIBIM has closed €8M in new financing in a seed funding round co-led by Amadeus Capital Partners and Adara Ventures, with participation by Apex Ventures, Partech, Crista Galli Ventures and existing shareholders, including Tech Transfer UPV, managed by Clave Capital and Angels managed by Juan Roig.

Invivo Ventures leads an investment round of 4.1 million Euros in the biotech Telum Therapeutics. The operation was advised by Intelectium Funding Accelerator, an advisory firm that worked with the entrepreneurs, Roberto Diez and Rubén Diez, from the design phase of the company’s business strategy to the closing of the transaction. Clave Capital and Cdti-Innvierte have also participated in the operation.

Nauta  Capital, the pan-European venture capital firm investing in capital-efficient B2B software companies, has today launched its fifth fund, Nauta Tech Invest V, with a €120M first close. With the fund’s first close reaching double its previous fund’s initial closing, Nauta Tech Invest V is expected to exceed the 2016 fund which was a €155M  taking the firm’s total assets under management to over half a billion.
