NEXT LIMIT is excited to announce that it has completed a €3 million equity round of financing for its flagship brand ANYVERSE. The funding is led by two Spanish venture capital companies with deep-tech portfolios – Bullnet Capital and Inveready. This will further boost software development and will secure the brand’s unmatched positioning in autonomous system markets.
ANYVERSE’s mission is to shorten the production cycle in advanced perception systems for robotics, autonomous vehicles, UAV and smart cameras among others. Its solutions apply a physics-based simulation approach to synthetic data, mirroring any sensor specs and real-life environment with great precision.
“We are thrilled to continue our journey to making machine perception real,” said Victor Gonzalez, CEO and Founder. “We have in our hands a unique proprietary technology and years of experience in simulation. These allow us to bring customers an exact synthetic replica of their real-world scenarios, fit any sensor stack and create the right data they need. The possibilities are endless!”
With an expanding range of AI applications, more and more companies seek continuous acquisition of ground-truth data to train and test their models. System developers are challenged by the almost infinite variability and edge scenarios required, far beyond what is possible to capture in the real world. ANYVERSE’s unparalleled approach to synthetic data does not involve any gaming technology. Instead, it employs photometric-accurate simulation to produce a reliable output. Its software solutions give users full control over sensor specifications, scenario dynamics, and variability.
According to Javier Ulecia and Miguel del Cañizo, Founding Parters of Bullnet Capital, “next Limit / Anyverse is a company completely in line with our investment criteria: a team with proven experience in the technology world with patent-protected products, capable of developing an effective commercial strategy at a global level in sectors with growing demand”.
According to Ignacio Fonts, Managing Partner of Inveready “we are glad to include in our portfolio a company such as Next Limit, which makes a fundamental contribution to accelerate the development of autonomous driving, one of the big technological challenges of this century”
