Jump Into Reality raises €1 million in its first funding round

Jump Into Reality, the technology startup specialized in interactive content and Virtual and Augmented Reality platforms, announces the end of its first fundraising process with a total amount of one million euros raised between debt and equity.

Among the main funders are public entities such as ENISA and ICO, which have been joined by various international investors such as Seedrs, WA4STEAM, Aderis Investments, or Runway Investments, whose CEO, René de Jong, says that “on the Internet we have seen how everything has gone from text to images and video. The virtual reality era will soon take hold and Jump Into Reality is one of the first to use it in a practical, fast way and with impressive quality, so we are confident in its future projection and growth possibilities”.

These financial resources will be invested primarily in ensuring the company’s commercial growth as the economy recovers to pre-pandemic levels. “Today, thanks to our commitment to quality and our proprietary developments, we are a solid company and a reference in the interior design segment. Raising capital during the COVID-19 crisis has been a challenging exercise and we are very grateful for the trust of our investors. During the rest of 2021 we will focus on expanding our commercial and business development team and on strengthening our international expansion,” explains Linda Facchinetti, CEO of the company.

Virtual Reality for interior design

 

This injection of funds will allow the company to give new boost to the growth of JUMP into DESIGN®, its unique cloud-based virtual reality platform for interior designers. This solution makes it possible to create virtual spaces within seconds, with interactive, photorealistic 3D spaces in which the end user can literally enter and move around, change the indoor and outdoor lighting conditions or move furniture pieces, capture the result and share it on any device. Among the partners that have already joined this platform are brands of the caliber of MADE, Porcelanosa, Kave Home, Vitra, Fritz Hansen, BoConcept, Faro Barcelona, Punt, TecnoGrafica, Desenio, mdf italia, Sancal, Ton, or MarmolSpain, among others. Thanks to them, the user can choose from a catalogue of thousands of 3D pieces to design and decorate different rooms and even buy the chosen pieces directly from the manufacturer.

Jump Into Reality holds an international patent for its “Method of adapting the rendering of a scene”, the technology that enables the delivery of high-quality content to almost any device, such as VR headsets. This opens up a world of possibilities for real-time interactive content as well as productivity tools.
