Köppen Executive is an international boutique of experts in Executive Search and Consulting in Personal and Organizational Transformation Processes. Professionals with extensive experience in different sectors of activity and in-depth knowledge of the value chain, key functions and critical roles in different businesses. The founders of this initiative are Rosa Zárate Cabello and Alberto Mallo.
Rosa has a degree in History and a Master’s degree in HR Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching. Rosa is a Managing Partner at Köppen Executive, a startup of which she is the founder. Previously she worked for the Odgers Berndtson Group.
Alberto Mallo has a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in HR Management and is also an accredited Executive Coach. Alberto is a Partner of Köppen Executive and is an expert in HR consulting with more than 20 years of experience in projects and processes of transformation, change facilitation, design and implementation of people management models. Previously he worked at the Odgers Berndtson Group and Arthur Andersen.
These two entrepreneurs launched Köppen Executive in 2015. The company name comes from the word Köppen, which in Dutch means “at the head”, which the two founders say they chose because they “found it interesting”. In this way, they copied the meaning and started a company distinguished by the quality and service to their clients, which are made up of the DNA of the company itself.
And, with this, they also have the added value in the search for professionals for the development of high quality and deep research projects that allows them to identify the best talent.
