The Spanish fintech Okticket, specialized in digitizing professional travel expenses, has closed a financing round of more than 1.8 million euros led by Angels, Juan Roig´s investment company, and Zamit Capital, a fund managed by GVC Gaesco. Encomenda (the entity that led Okticket´s previous round), a fund co-led by Carlos Blanco and Oriol Juncosa, and Asterius, a fund led by Javier García, have also participated in this round.

We will dedicate the resources acquired to reinforce our internationalization strategy, incorporate a sales force and continue to improve the product. The quality of the product and customer service is our hallmark and we want it to continue in the future. Our forecast is to double sales again in 2023”, says Iván Rodríguez, CEO of Okticket.
Okticket was created in October 2017 to help companies stop worrying about the problem of professional travel expense notes through a powerful, agile and simple tool that allows them to optimize and cover the entire expense note management process. , from the means of payment and digitization, to the processes of validation, control and integration with the ERP of the company.
The company has experienced sustained growth, even during the pandemic, gaining market share based on a capital efficiency strategy. In 2022, the volume of clients and subscription contracts doubled. It currently has more than 100,000 users and more than 500 clients throughout Spain, Portugal and France, from SMEs to large multinational companies, including Manpower, Orange, Central Lechera Asturiana or the chemical multinational BASF.
The Okticket team has also experienced significant growth in 2022, adding 25 new professionals to its workforce.
