GoHub Ventures invests € 500,000 in Aunoa, the omnichannel chatbot startup specialized in artificial intelligence to improve automated customer service

Global Omnium, through its corporate venturing vehicle GoHubVentures, has announced the investment of 500,000 euros in the startup Aunoa, which has unique software capable of improving artificial intelligence responses in virtual assistants for customer service automated. DWF-RCD and Capital y Gestión have participated in the operation as advisers.

The new GoHub company offers a platform that surpasses current artificial intelligence solutions on the market and accelerates the implementation of an automated conversational service between companies and their users.

Aunoa’s technology changes the rules, turning traditional sales and customer service processes into conversations through the most widespread instant messaging applications, such as WhatsApp, so that company and customer communicate in a simple and efficient.

Omni-channel: a communication channel for every need

Aunoa offers an added value: the omnichannel of its service, since it directs communications to the most appropriate channel according to the type of userthat needs it. In this way, it allows a similar and unified customer experience regardless of the channel through which the user accesses.
