GP Bullhound invests in Typeform in a $135 million round led by Sofina

GP Bullhound announces a new investment into Typeform, in a $135 million Series C funding led by Sofina, with participation from returning investors including General Atlantic, Index Ventures, Point Nine Capital and Connect Ventures, as well as new investors Top Tier Capital Partners, Teamworthy Ventures and The Trium Group. This latest funding brings Typeform’s total investment to more than $187 million since its founding in 2012.

Based in Barcelona, Typeform is a no-code cloud-based SaaS platform that help businesses create and distribute designed forms and collect data through intuitive, conversational experiences. The solution generates over 500 million interactions per year, empowering more than 125,000 customers worldwide to gain insights about their audience. The company has tripled its annualised recurring revenue since 2018.
